The rules for using this website and our demo systems.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by OnserviceGeeks Technologies, a registered business in Kenya, of Aim Hangar, Wilson Airport, Nairobi, Kenya ("we", "us"). By using the website or a demo account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Using the website
You may use the website to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:
- break or try to break the security of the website or our systems;
- send spam, malicious code or false information through our forms or chat;
- copy large parts of the website, or scrape or harvest it with automated tools;
- use the website in a way that breaks any law.
3. Information on the website
The website gives general information about our services and products. It is not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice for your situation. Screenshots and demos use sample data. Prices, plans and features are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.
4. Demo accounts
When we give you a demo login:
- it is for you, to evaluate our products for your organisation; please do not share it;
- the demo is read only and contains sample data; do not try to enter real or confidential information;
- do not try to bypass the read-only restrictions, test the system's security or load, or copy or reverse engineer the software;
- we record demo use for security, and we may change, suspend or end demo access at any time;
- the demo is provided "as is", for evaluation only, without any warranty.
5. Intellectual property
The website content, our designs and our software products, including OSG Management Reporting and the Aviation QMS, belong to OnserviceGeeks Technologies or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use; any other use needs our written permission.
Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A. Other names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
6. Our services
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
7. Links to other services
The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from use of the website or a demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
